We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for large conferences, and 2–3 weeks for smaller seminars or boardroom sessions. For events with 500+ delegates, earlier is always better to allow sufficient time for catering, layout planning, and A/V coordination.
Wild Waters has ample on-site parking free of charge. Our grounds comfortably accommodate large numbers of vehicles, making delegate arrival and departure straightforward even for multi-hundred-delegate events.
