Wild Waters Rules and Regulations

Rules and Regulations at Wild Waters, Mombasa

WildWaters

Keeping Wild Waters Kenya safe, enjoyable, and welcoming for every guest is our top priority. Before you visit, please take a moment to read through our park rules and regulations. By entering Wild Waters Kenya, all guests agree to comply with these guidelines at all times. Our staff are here to help — if you have any questions about a specific rule, please ask at the gate or speak to any of our attendants inside the park.

Waterpark Safety Rules & Guidelines

Please read all safety signs throughout the park and follow the directions of staff at all times. Our slide attendants are trained to keep you safe and their instructions must be followed without exception.

Some rides are designed for adults and some for children only. Please follow the instructions of the slide operator at each attraction before boarding. Height and age guidance is displayed at the entrance to each slide.

Medical conditions: Guests with any medical, health, or self-imposed restrictions on their physical activity should not use the water attractions. This includes but is not limited to guests with heart conditions, back or neck injuries, recent surgery, epilepsy, or any condition affected by sudden movement or immersion. If you are unsure whether a particular attraction is suitable for you, please consult your doctor before visiting.

Children: Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. We recommend agreeing on a meeting point with your group at the start of your visit in case you become separated.

Swimwear: Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times within the water areas. Leggings and long-sleeved T-shirts are acceptable on most rides. Please note that these items are not permitted on the Flume Bowl (Simba Swirl). Guests are asked to dress modestly and respect fellow visitors at all times.

Valuables: Please do not leave personal belongings unattended. Locker rental is available at reception for KSh 200, with a refundable deposit of KSh 500. Keep your locker key with you at all times. Wild Waters Kenya cannot be held responsible for lost or unattended items.

Photography: Wild Waters Kenya reserves the right to restrict photography and video recording in certain areas of the park. Please observe any signage and staff instructions regarding this.

Power and operations: In circumstances beyond our control — such as a power outage — management reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of certain slides. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for time lost.

Prohibited Items & Behaviour at Wild Waters Kenya

The following are strictly not permitted within Wild Waters Kenya. Guests found in violation of these rules may be asked to leave the park without a refund.

Food and drink: Outside food, beverages, and glass containers are not permitted inside the park. Our food courts and Papillion Bar are fully stocked and available throughout the day.

Conduct: Fighting, aggressive behaviour, and abusive language towards staff or fellow guests will result in immediate removal from the park. Unruly behaviour and horseplay — particularly in and around the pools and on the slides — are strictly prohibited.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the changing rooms, in queues, or on any of the rides. Guests who wish to smoke must do so in designated areas only. Cigarettes must be disposed of responsibly — throwing lit cigarettes on the ground or in bins is not permitted.

Safety violations: Running and diving in pool areas are strictly prohibited. Line jumping will not be tolerated.

Alcohol and age restrictions: Guests must not enter the park in a state of intoxication. Underage drinking (under 18 years of age) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the premises.
