Our outdoor poolside and garden spaces can accommodate over 450 guests in a round-table arrangement. For larger events or those requiring indoor space, our Papillion Hall can also be incorporated. Contact us with your guest count and we will recommend the best layout for your event.

Outside beverages are not permitted within Wild Waters. Our Papillion Bar offers a comprehensive selection — cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, tropical juices, and soft drinks — ensuring your guests are very well taken care of throughout the evening.
A P.A. sound system is available for speeches, presentations, and background or live music. Please discuss your audio requirements with our events team during the planning stage so we can ensure everything is set up appropriately for your event.

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for menu planning, layout coordination, and any décor or entertainment arrangements. For large events of 200+ guests, 6 weeks or more is advisable. Popular dates — particularly Friday evenings and public holidays — fill quickly.
